Have you ever wondered how a CRM could elevate your business?
Great news!
JobNimbus is one of the most popular CRMs in the roofing industry, with users seeing an average revenue growth of 43%, according to their website.
But how will you know if JobNimbus is the right fit for your business?
Thankfully, the team at Roofing Insights has you covered.
Owner and CEO Dmitry Lipinskiy recently traveled to the JobNimbus headquarters in Utah to meet with the three founders of the company.
At one point during their interview, Lipinskiy asked the founders which companies are their ideal customers.
In other words, what amount of revenue should a company generate before they use JobNimbus?
Ben Lane Hodson, the Co-Founder and CEO of JobNimbus, had much to say on the subject.

Dmitry Lipinskiy: Who are your best clients? Is it a $5 million company? $7 million company? I do a lot of consulting, and I see that the best size is between $3-5 million because they don’t have too many employees and they’re very profitable. At the same time, I see companies getting in trouble at $7-8 million, so from the perspective of a CRM company, where do you feel companies have the most success?
Ben Hodson: “We group it into three categories: there is the 1-2 employee company that’s usually under $1 million, and they haven’t even figured out how to start scaling yet. A lot of times they’re doing the sales, they’re subbing stuff out. It’s a chuck-in-a-truck type of situation.”
DL: “Would they even need a CRM at that point?”
BH: “See, this is the thing. A lot of them are dreamers and want to be that better company, but they don’t even know where to start. So, we have a quick-start program for those really small guys to get going and get to something that is really impressive.”
“The sweet spot is definitely that 3-25 employee company that sees the biggest growth the fastest because they’re ready to scale, but they don’t know how to do it. But then they implement the software, and boom, they go much further.”
“And then we have some really big companies [biggest company has over 500 users], and those guys have an entirely different set of problems. They’re not usually trying to scale. They’re usually trying to create accountability, put an infrastructure in place, and they get a higher touch from us. We’ve tried to cater to those three levels so we don’t have to pass on their business.”
“If you’re just talking roofing, the 3-25 employee company is the most common in roofing. About 90% of roofers are in that range, and that’s where we see the most success here at JobNimbus.”
