    Mosaic Financing

    Whoever wakes up early, he will receive from God

    Russian axiom that can be applied not only to life, but to the initiative that you take regarding your own business.

    Dmitry and Roofing Insights recently caught up with Michael O’Connell, who is the National Account Manager of The Mosaic Financial Group.

    O’Connell and Mosaic have been servicing customers and business owners for ten years, and they have a plethora of knowledge not only about financing, but also about how it pertains to the roofing industry.

    This is because while they specialize in financing solar systems for homes, they have also developed an expertise in roofing because the two have often become interwoven.

    “What we found is that solar installers were often needing to do a roof replacement before they installed their solar system on the house,”

    O’Connell says.

    Mosaic wisely took advantage of that ancillary opportunity. They’ve since brokered over 10,000 solar roofs and they now fund over $1 billion per year to businesses and consumers.

    “We have so much money that we’ve built a business around giving it away,”

    O’Connell confidently states.

    While Mosaic may seem like another uber-wealthy corporation, they’re not. They don’t broker out their loan applications, so all accepted applicants work directly with Mosaic to receive financing.

    Mosaic also seeks to better service their customers by offering long-term, low-interest financing. O’Connell says that this approach has been more beneficial for both Mosaic and their clients, and with a 70% approval rate, Mosaic is not exclusive to only well-established businesses.

    A few other benefits of working with Mosaic:

    1. You only need a mid-600 credit score
    2. They run a soft check on your credit, so your credit score won’t be affected by applying
    3. Mosaic’s app is one of the most intuitive and easy-to-use apps on the market, their goal being to get you financed and on the path to success as quickly as possible
