1. How many leads do I get?
Directorii is not a lead generation service. Instead, we aim to connect homeowners and contractors organically, relying on the reputation we have built through Roofing Insights to generate traffic to the site.
Consider that each month Roofing Insights receives thousands of new viewers from all across the country.
That same traffic will now be funneled straight to Directorii.
While that may not sound enticing to those who are looking for a more tangible number, Directorii is currently offering members the opportunity to be featured on the industry’s newest platform.
Plus, after you pay the $500 annual fee, you won’t be charged a penny until you sell a job.
And if you’re one of the first 300 contractors to sign up, Directorii is waiving the 3% commission fee on all jobs for the entire 2021 fiscal year.
2. How much does it cost?
Until we reach 300 members, you only have to pay the $500 annual fee if you are a platinum member, meaning you are a certified contractor for one of the major shingle manufacturers like Atlas, IKO, GAF, or Owens Corning.
If you are not a certified contractor, you can still join.
The only stipulation is you will have to pass a criminal background check, which is a non-refundable $100 fee.
If you pass the background check, the $100 fee goes toward your $500 annual fee.
3. How does Directorii make money?
Besides the annual fee, we will charge a 3% commission on each transaction for contractors who sign up after we have already reached 300 members.
4. What does the homeowner get?
By choosing a contractor on Directorii, homeowners can rest easy knowing their job is insured for up to $20,000.
The aim is for Directorii to become the industry leader in customer service by offering a concierge-type service that will ensure their happiness with every contractor they hire through Directorii.
5. How do we get homeowners?
Through networking, other influencers, organic searches, listings, and ads.
6. How long does it take to build your page and have it visible on Directorii?
A few weeks after you sign up.
7. What if I already have a listing in the Roofing Insights Directory?
If you are already in the school and paying more than $399/month, membership into Directorii is free.
8. How many locations can a company list throughout the country?
As many as you desire, but the cost is $500 per location, and each location is included in counting the first 300 signups.
9. Our goal for you:
We conservatively estimate that each contractor will receive two solid leads per year.

11. Do we have an algorithm?

12. What if I have previously declared bankruptcy?
At Directorii, we believe in second chances, but you will have to provide evidence that you have changed.
13. What if I have a completely new company?
Directorii does not prefer to add new contractors, but if the circumstances are favorable, you may be allowed into the listings.
14. Please note: after the 300 initial signups are completed, there will be a 3% transaction fee per job for all other signups
15. Also: homeowners will fill out a completion form in order to get their $20,000 warranty, and they will put the price of the job in the warranty.
16. How many contractors per city?
For each city, we will list 1% of the contractors in that market.
For example: there are roughly 30,000 contractors in Chicago, but only 30 will be accepted into Directorii.
17. How many people are visiting Roofing Insights’ website right now?
Every day, thousands of people visit our various websites. We believe in building something organically, so that will influence much of the traffic that visits Directorii.
